BT evaluated each of the companies on innovation, competitiveness, productivity, delivery performance, responsiveness and flexibility.
Out of all of the vendors for the year 2000, BT chose a select list of companies to make up the following categories:
- Quality of Product and Service
- Reduced Whole Life Costs
- Contribution to Environmental Improvement
- Innovation and Responsiveness
- Breaking the Mould
Arkipelago was selected along with vendors such as Oracle and Ericsson for Reduced Whole Life Costs at BT. The category winner for the year 2000 was Oracle.
